Ms. Yoak’s practice focuses on elder law and disability planning, estate planning and administration, and fiduciary and chancery litigation.

Andrea Yoak joined ThompsonMcMullan, PC, in September 2006, after graduating from Washington and Lee University School of Law in May 2006. Ms. Yoak attended Davis & Elkins College in her home state of West Virginia, graduating in May 2003, with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science.

She is a member of the Virginia State Bar and the Richmond Bar Associations. Andrea is on the Board of the Greater Richmond Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association. In 2010 she was selected for inclusion in Virginia “Rising Stars” in Elder Law by Law & Politics' Virginia Super Lawyers Magazine.
