Rebecca Bowen’s practice focuses on business entities and transactions, tax law, and estate planning and administration. She also has experience representing non-profit organizations with respect to formation and operation.

She is a member of the Virginia State Bar, the Richmond Bar Association, the Richmond Estate Planning Council, and the Bon Secours Richmond Foundation Professional Advisory Council. Ms. Bowen previously taught as an Adjunct Professor in Estate and Gift Taxation for the Master of Accountancy Program at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Business, and has previously served as a volunteer attorney for Wills for Heroes and Legal Information Network for Cancer (LINC).

Ms. Bowen graduated from the University of Richmond, T.C. Williams School of Law in 2005 where she was a Member and Articles Editor of the University of Richmond Law Review, and graduated from the University of Virginia  in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts in English and American Government.
