Mr. Prince joined ThompsonMcMullan in September 2009, after serving as a law clerk for The Honorable Jackson L. Kiser, United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia.

Mr. Prince earned his J.D., cum laude, at the University of Richmond School of Law. He was an Articles Editor on the University of Richmond Law Review and a member of the Lewis F. Powell, Jr. American Inn of Court. In addition, Mr. Prince was a teaching assistant for the 1L Lawyering Skills program. He also served as a judicial intern for The Honorable M. Hannah Lauck, Magistrate Judge, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.

Mr. Prince earned his B.A. in Economics at the College of William and Mary.

He is a member of the Virginia State Bar, Young Lawyer's Conference, where he serves as the Circuit Representative for the City of Richmond. Mr. Prince is also a member of the Virginia Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division and the Richmond Bar Association.

Mr. Prince is admitted to practice before Virginia state courts, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
