John Gibney conducts sheriffs’ training seminars

John Gibney recently conducted two training seminars for over 100 sheriffs of Virginia in Richmond and Roanoke.  Mr. Gibney conducts similar seminars numerous times every year.  Seminar topics include avoiding litigation, First Amendment Rights of public employees, Grievances, Fair Labor Standards, and Sexual Harassment.  Mr. Gibney draws from decades of legal experience representing local government and public officials as well as private clients in dealing with local state government.
