Mr. Musick joined ThompsonMcMullan in August 2006. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Musick spent two and a half years as a Special Agent in the New York Field Office of the United States Secret Service, where he investigated financial crimes in addition to his protective duties. Following law school, Mr. Musick completed a clerkship for the Honorable Frederick G. Rockwell, Circuit Judge for Chesterfield County.
Mr. Musick graduated from the University of Virginia in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts in History. In 2002, he graduated from the University of Richmond with a Juris Doctor and a Master in Business Administration. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar and the Richmond Bar Association.
Mr. Musick’s practice areas include business entities and transactions, civil and commercial litigation, and consumer financial services.
