Sarah Warner joined Thompson McMullan in August 2005, after graduating from T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond in May 2005.
A native of Charlottesville, Virginia, Ms. Warner graduated from Charlottesville High School in 1993. Thereafter, she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1997 from Auburn University.
After college, Ms. Warner spent four years at the American Bar Association’s Central and East European Law Initiative, where she focused on legal development programs in the Balkans and Albania.
Ms. Warner’s practice focuses on business organizations and finance and corporate transactions.
