Thompson McMullan defends the interests of self-insured corporations, insurance companies and their policy holders in bodily injury, wrongful death and property damage claims. The firm litigates these cases in state and federal trial and appellate courts, and in extra judicial forums such as binding arbitration and mediation. We pursue recovery for our insurance clients in subrogation matters.
