ThompsonMcMullan Adds Three Attorneys

RICHMOND, VIRGINIA  (January 2, 2018) — Attorneys Beverley L. “Bev” Crump, Thamer E. “Chip” Temple, and J. Buckley Warden IV recently joined ThompsonMcMullan. The three bring years of experience in the areas of Labor and Employment, Business and Taxation, Real Estate and Land Use, and Civil Litigation.

Bev Crump was a Director and Founding Member at DurretteCrump and its predecessors. He represents privately held businesses and their owners on a broad range of corporate and business matters. Chip Temple was a Director with DurretteCrump. He represents employers and management in all areas of labor and employment law, and provides ongoing counseling to employers on the full spectrum of workplace practices and policies. Temple regularly practices before federal and state courts, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Department of Labor, and various state agencies and self-regulatory organizations. Buckley Warden was a Director with DurretteCrump. He practices primarily in the civil litigation field, with a focus on serving businesses and individuals involved in contract disputes. His cases include non-compete agreements, insurance contracts, acquisition and development and construction loan breaches, adversary proceedings in bankruptcy, defamation claims, False Claims Acts cases, and construction contracts.
