We are regularly engaged to represent insurance companies in insurance coverage disputes. ThompsonMcMullan defends the interests of self-insured corporations, insurance companies, and their policy holders in bodily injury, wrongful death, and property damage claims. Other experience in this practice area includes litigation of claims involving the following:
