Corporate Law Attorney

Overview:

ThompsonMcMullan, P.C seeks an associate attorney for its Midlothian, Virginia office, with the opportunity to work out of the downtown Richmond office on occasion. The ideal candidate should have between two and five years of transactional experience, with relevant practice areas including corporate governance, drafting and negotiating agreements, entity formation, employment law, insurance contracts, and mergers and acquisitions. Applicants should be admitted to practice in Virginia or possess the ability to become admitted promptly. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills and enjoy working on a team to close projects quickly. Candidates should also enjoy learning new areas of the law to problem solve with clients. The position includes immediate and consistent contact with a national client.
