TM Gives Back – Holiday Edition

As part of our continuing commitment to our community, ThompsonMcMullan staff and attorneys spent part of their 2019 holidays donating and raising money for the following:

Tucker’s Christmas Angels

Tucker passed away at age 27 in June 2015 after courageous life-long battle with cystic fibrosis including a successful double lung transplant. Through his life, he spent hundreds of days/nights in-patient at several hospitals including holidays.  To honor his memory, his family created this annual event.  The past four years, they have given over 1500 gifts and much needed school supplies for inpatient schooling.  New toys, books and gift cards go to VCU Hospital. The firm donated to this worthy cause.

Meritas Gives Back Initiative

Through our affiliation with Meritas, the firm undertook a clothing and food drive. Over the course of two weeks, the firm gathered 78 pounds of food that was donated to the Central Virginia Food Bank. We also donated 97 separate items of clothing to Mercy Mall.

Adopt A Family:

Each year, with the help of county services, our staff identifies a family in need of help during Christmas. This year, staff donated gifts of clothing and toys for a single mom and her four children.

Thank you to all our TM attorneys for the hard work you put in this year!
