Billy Tunner and Rachel Adams to Present at CASC Spring Institute

Litigation partners Rachel Adams and Billy Tunner are once again presenting at the Commonwealth’s Attorneys Services Council (CASC) Spring Institute, the annual event that hosts over 1,000 prosecutors from across the state, kicked off by an Ethics program. Titled “Ethics: Navigating the Bar Disciplinary Process”, Rachel and Billy’s session will focus on demystifying the bar disciplinary process by discussing prosecutors’ experience. Spread across three days of programming, the Spring Institute is a multi-track continuing legal education program that emphasizes ethics, recent legislative enactments, recent judicial decisions, and current developments in criminal law.
