Appellate attorney John O’Herron is slated to participate as a panelist at the Appellate Judges Education Institute (AJEI) Annual Conference hosted by the National Judicial College on Saturday, November 4th in Washington DC. Co-panelists for the session “Building/Maintaining an Appellate Practice” include Elissa Haynes of Freeman, Mathis & Gary and Matthew Friedlander of Webb, Daniel, Friedlander and it will be moderated by Matt Leerberg of Fox, Rothschild.
Typically attended by almost 400 appellate judges and practitioners, the Summit will feature 20+ panel discussions on emerging trends, challenges, and legal issues affecting appellate practitioners and the judiciary.
In addition to the Institute and AJEI, Summit participants include the American Bar Association Judicial Division’s Appellate Judges Conference, Council of Appellate Lawyers, and Council of Appellate Staff Attorneys. More information and a full agenda can be found at the AJEI website.
