ThompsonMcMullan Elects William D. Prince IV as a Shareholder

ThompsonMcMullan is pleased to announce that William D. Prince IV was elected as a new shareholder of the firm.

Mr. Prince’s practice focuses on the representation of businesses and financial institutions in litigation matters. In the course of his litigation practice, he has represented clients in a broad range of business disputes in state and federal courts throughout Virginia, including business torts, civil rights, professional liability defense, employment discrimination, and insurance coverage issues.

Mr. Prince also represents clients in bankruptcy litigation matters.  He has advised secured and unsecured creditors, DIP lenders, landlords, lessors, claims traders, and other interested parties in chapter 7 and 11 proceedings, including adversary proceedings, contested matters, and claim disputes.

Mr. Prince has been recognized by Super Lawyers Virginia List as a Rising Star and in Virginia Business Magazine’s “Legal Elite”.”
