For the seventh consecutive year, we are excited to be named a Top Workplace by the Richmond Times Dispatch, in partnership with Energage. A process that spotlights the region’s most outstanding employers based on employee feedback, ThompsonMcMullan, P.C. was recognized in the Small Business category, which is comprised of companies with 124 employees or less.
A total of 2,023 companies, nonprofit organizations, and government divisions were invited to participate, and, of those, 119 were surveyed.
Surveys were collected from 22,322 respondents, with 101 companies being named a Top Workplace based on the strength of employee feedback.
The top-ranking businesses in each category were revealed at the Top Workplaces awards event May 7. The Times-Dispatch also published a special section, including the rankings of the winners, on May 10.
