Mark H. Miller has joined ThompsonMcMullan as a partner with our Business Transactions, Corporate and Real Estate practice.
Mark brings over 26 years of experience in commercial real estate and corporate transactions, where he represents real estate developers, investment funds, landowners, and purchasers in a wide range of commercial real estate and business law matters. Over the years, Mark has also developed a specific niche in solar, where he employs his skillset in lease development and legal contracts for solar developers and landowners. Additionally, he represents investment funds in the acquisition of businesses and properties, allowing him to assist his clients in growing their portfolios.
