Paulo E. Franco Jr. to Present at RPD’s 29th Hispanic Citizens Academy

Litigation attorney Paulo E. Franco Jr. has been hand selected by the Richmond Police Department to speak at their annual Hispanic Citizen’s Academy scheduled for October 17th hosted at the 2nd Precinct. A native Spanish speaker, Paulo was chosen because he can clearly communicate with the Academy’s students and help the police department achieve their goal of ensuring comprehension amongst their students. His two-hour session will focus on Constitutional Law.
