Litigation Attorney

ThompsonMcMullan, P.C is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney. The ideal candidate should have between two and six years of civil litigation experience. Relevant areas of state and federal practice include contract and equitable claims, defamation, constitutional claims, business disputes, construction and employment disputes, and more. The candidate should have strong organizational skills, enjoy working with team members daily, and strong writing skills. The candidate should enjoy learning about new topics in a variety of industries. Position includes consistent and direct contact with clients.

Job Qualifications:

  • 2-6 years of commercial litigation experience
  • Experience in State and Federal Court
  • Exceptional writing skills, organization skills, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required
