ThompsonMcMullan, P.C. is pleased to share that Lindsay Pickral has been promoted to the role of Director with the firm’s Elder Law and Estate practice group. Lindsay has been with the firm for over four years, dedicating her practice to individuals and families across estate planning, estate and trust administration, long-term care planning, and guardianship and conservatorship proceedings. With an emphasis on special needs and disability planning, Lindsay brings compassion and relatability to the difficult times her clients and families face when managing complex healthcare conditions.
Prior to attending the University of Richmond School of Law and graduating magna cum laude, Lindsay served as district representative for an area member of the house of representatives.
