For the fifth consecutive year, ThompsonMcMullan has been selected as a Top Workplace by the Richmond Times Dispatch, a list that spotlights the region’s top employers. Broken out into categories based on size, our firm ranks in the small business category, recognizing those companies with fewer than 125 employees. This year, 1,744 companies, nonprofit organizations, and government divisions were invited to participate, with 130 of those surveyed. 98 winners were selected from those surveyed, based on responses to issues such as workplace life, work/life balance, training opportunities, and company benefits.
The winners will be celebrated at an awards event later this spring and the Times-Dispatch will also publish a special section highlighting the winners.
