Virginia Sheriff’s Institute Spring Conference

Firm president Billy Tunner and litigation associate Rachel Adams were invited to speak at this year’s Virginia Sheriff’s Institute (VSI) Spring Conference in a session focused on top litigation areas for sheriffs. Discussing malicious prosecution and false arrests, excessive force, and wrongful deaths, the presentation is geared towards the issues sheriffs who run jails or who are in the field face on a daily basis.
