This year’s Local Government Attorneys (LGA) Spring Conference is a three-day event scheduled for April 25-27 at the Omni Richmond and ThompsonMcMullan’s Will Prince has been selected as a panelist. Speaking on “General Employment Law Updates”, which will cover the impact of recently passed employment legislation on local governments and local government attorneys, his panel is part of a session titled “Public Employment Update: Hot Topics in Employment Law for Virginia Local Governments”. He will be joined by Virginia attorneys Amy Smith of Isler Dare and Faith Alejandro of Sans Anderson PC, who will be focused on collective bargaining and pubic employers and DEI, respectively.
