William W. Tunner Appointed to the Virginia House of Delegates Ethics Advisory Panel

On August 7, 2020,  the Honorable Eileen Filler-Corn, Speaker of the Virginia House of Delegates, appointed William W. Tunner to serve on the House  Ethics Advisory Panel. His appointment runs until 2024.

The House Ethics Advisory Panel is composed of five members, consisting of a former judge, two former members of the House of Delegates and two citizens at large. The Panel is charged under Virginia law to investigate complaints made against members of the House of Delegates  involving breaches in ethics and conflicts of interest.

Billy has been with ThompsonMcMullan since 2000 and is a practice leader in the firm’s civil litigation team.  He is a Vice President with the firm and serves on its Executive Committee.
