Billy Tunner and Rachel Adams to Present at 2024 VARJ Annual Conference

Litigation attorneys Rachel Adams and Billy Tunner are scheduled to present at this year’s Virginia Association of Regional Jails (“VARJ”) Conference in Virginia Beach from March 25-27th. Participating in a Civil Litigation Mock Trial, Rachel and Billy will accompany Annika Melton with the Virginia Department of Risk Management for a demonstration of a civil trial and a brief overview of the Virginia Constitutional Officer and Regional Jail Risk Management Plan (VaRISK). The session will focus on a case involving the estate of a former inmate and the regional jail, drawing attention to potential risks and the policies at question.
