Once again, ThompsonMcMullan attorneys to serve as presenters at two independent sessions of the Commonwealth Attorneys’ Services Council (CASC) Executive Program, scheduled for November 30-December 2, 2022. This program is the annual meeting of Virginia’s elected Commonwealth’s Attorneys and their chief assistants and regularly attracts 150-200 attendees from around the Commonwealth.
The first session, “Ethics: Legal Update on Bar Complaints and Prosecutor Liability”, focuses on prosecutorial liability and provides an update from last year’s presentation. Firm president and director Billy Tunner and associate Rachel Adams will serve as co-presenters during this session. The second session, titled “Conflicts of Interest and Special Prosecutions”, will be led by Billy and The Honorable Vincent Robertson, Commonwealth’s Attorney, Sussex County. Attendees of each session will receive one MCLE credit.
