Appellate attorney John O’Herron is scheduled to speak at a CLE seminar hosted by the Richmond Bar Association (RBA) titled “Everyone Gets an Appeal! Changes and Best Practices Under the New Appellate Rules”. Presenting alongside Catherine French Zagurskie, Chief Appellate Counsel for the Virginia Indigent Defense, the seminar will feature a discussion on the new appellate rules, how they are impacting everyday law practice, and tips and tricks for attorneys needing to brush up on their appellate skills. This seminar will be conducted via Zoom, registration can be completed at the RBA website, and bar association members, non-members, and paralegals and support staff are invited to attend.
