Virginia Commonwealth University is hosting a patient education day for individuals diagnosed with Huntington’s disease (HD), at risk of developing HD, family members, and caregivers covering legal topics patients with terminal conditions should consider. Elder law and estate planning attorney Carolyn White has been invited to participate as one of the speakers and her session, “Legally Planning for the Future”, will be followed by a full panel Q&A. Carolyn will be joined by medical professionals experienced in HD and the care required.
