Litigation: Guardianship/Conservatorship Petitions and Will Contests
Elder law attorney Shawn Majette and appellate attorney John O’Herron have been selected to present at the Virginia Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (VAELA) 2022 UnProgram taking place September 22-24 in Richmond, VA. Shawn and John will be speaking alongside Beth Norton, Esq., Norton Health Law, and Todd Weatherly, M.Ed., QMHP, QSAP, Southeast Therapeutic Consultants, on estate litigation/will contests and fiduciary litigation, contested, guardianships, appellate litigation, and general tips and strategies as it relates to elder law and estate planning. MCLE credits will be issued for those attending, as well as GAL Continuing Education Credit.
VAELA is a non-profit professional association of attorneys that provides education to its members and others regarding needs and solutions for the elderly, their families, and their caregivers, and advocates for beneficial care and laws for these persons.
