ThompsonMcMullan announced today that John P. O’Herron has joined the firm as an Associate.
Mr. O’Herron was previously a clerk with the Honorable Chief Justice Cynthia D. Kinser at the Supreme Court of Virginia. His practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation and casualty defense, insurance and subrogation.

Mr. O’Herron earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond School of Law, and his B.A. from Christendom College.
