We are proud to share that ThompsonMcMullan has been recognized by Richmond Times Dispatch, in partnership with Energage, as a Top Workplace for the fourth consecutive year. The award is based solely on feedback solicited through an internal survey measuring 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection. This year’s survey was distributed to 1,471 companies, nonprofit organizations, and government divisions, with 131 surveyed, the highest in the history of the program. Out of the 131, 102 companies have been deemed Top Workplaces and we are honored to be amongst the list. 
The full list of award recipients will be honored by The Times Dispatch at an event in May.
