Former state prosecutor Paulo E. Franco Jr. has joined ThompsonMcMullan’s Civil Litigation practice group, after prosecuting lawyers on behalf of the Virginia State Bar for the last 18+ years.
Paulo brings deep experience in the representation of tradesmen and professionals and knowledge of the regulatory landscape through his experience defending against suspension or license revocation. Paulo is the lawyer tradesmen and certified professionals can turn to should their career be in jeopardy with a licensing authority. His work consists of representing lawyers and other professionals in front of DPOR and the Virginia State Bar Additionally, as a native Spanish speaker, Paulo is looking to further build his client base for private investigation representation and the formation of business entities and LLCs on behalf of individuals.
