William D. Prince IV Elected Director to the Firm

ThompsonMcMullan is pleased to announce that William D. Prince IV was elected as a new director of the firm.

Mr. Prince’s practice focuses on representation of businesses and financial institutions in general matters related to commercial litigation, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights.  He has experience representing clients in business and commercial disputes in state and federal courts throughout Virginia, including written discovery, deposition of fact and expert witnesses, development of expert testimony, motions practice, trial practice (bench and jury) and appellate practice.  He has also managed large-scale document productions (including issues related to privilege, confidentiality, privacy and relevance) and handled discovery issues involving the management, preservation and production of electronically stored information (“ESI”).

Before joining ThompsonMcMullan, Mr. Prince was a law clerk for the Honorable Jackson L. Kiser of the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia from 2008 – 2009. While in law school, he completed a judicial externship with The Honorable M. Hannah Lauck, United States Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Virginia.
