Congratulations to partner William D. Prince IV on his selection to the Virginia Lawyers Weekly 2024 Go To Lawyers in Employment Law. The Go To Lawyers program recognizes and celebrates top lawyers within a particular practice area, recognizing those who are an expert in his or her field, well-versed in the nuances of the case law, statutes and regulations clients will encounter. In addition, a Go To Lawyer is someone who actively receives referrals from in-state and out-of-state attorneys, who is trusted to think creatively and identify various options for his or her clients, and who has a history of cases proving their success as an attorney.
Will most recently coordinated and supervised a presentation at the annual Richmond SHRM Legal Update on navigating legal pitfalls in performance evaluations and appraisals and presented a CLE at the 2024 Local Government Attorneys of Virginia Spring Conference on hot topics in employment law: General Employment Update – Hot Topics in Employment Law for Virginia Local Governments. He currently serves as chair of the Virginia State Bar and Virginia Bar Association Joint Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee and is a member of the VBA Employment Law section.
