On March 16, elder law and estate planning attorney Carolyn White presented in the 2023 Elder Law Basics Seminar alongside Tim Palmer of Palmer Elder Law, hosted by Virginia CLE. Attendees received MCLE credit and the session covered various topics, including financial and incapacity planning, ethics, elder housing, paying for long-term care, and special needs trusts.
