John O’Herron to Present at 136th VBA Annual Meeting

Appellate attorney John O’Herron is presenting alongside Thomas Chappell with Woods Rogers and Rachel Yates with Yates Appeals at the 136th Virginia Bar Association (VBA) Annual Meeting hosted at the Williamsburg Lodge. Titled “What Trial Lawyers Need to Know About Virginia Appeals“, this session will highlight preservation rules, record-building, and procedural musts that a trial lawyer should consider in order to give their case the best chance of success on appeal to the Court of Appeals of Virginia and the Supreme Court of Virginia. Presented by the VBA Appellate Practice Section, this course is eligible for one hour of CLE credit.
