Energy and Telecommunications partner Cliona Robb has been asked to participate in a panel titled “Virginia – How Will Power Supply and Reliability Needs be Reconciled with Clean Energy Act Goals in Dominion’s IRP” as part of this year’s Southeast Renewable Energy Summit hosted in Atlanta, GA. The annual conference brings together the full spectrum of decision makers – from state policymakers and industrial customers to utility executives, financiers, and renewable developers – to take industry challenges head on. The Summit provides definitive updates on project execution across key Southeastern states, including North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Georgia, Tennessee, Louisiana, and Mississippi. Additional topics covered in the event sessions include:
- How the unprecedented increases in demand are driving new procurements and project development opportunities
- Emerging solutions for delivering Clean-Firm power tailored to data center and industrial needs
- Balancing reliability, decarbonization commitments, and rapid expansion through utility IRPs
- Strategies for incorporating tariffs, trade risks, and supply chain disruptions into PPAs and offtake agreements
Cliona’s panel discussion will kickoff the first day of the Summit, where she will be joined by Robin K. Dutta, Executive Director, Chesapeake Solar and Storage Association; Karla Loeb, Head of Government Affairs, Arcadia and Director, Solar Energy Industries Association; William “Bill” Murray, Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs & Communications, Dominion Energy; and Skyler Zunk, Chief Executive Officer, Energy Right.
