Appellate attorney John O’Herron has been selected to present at the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel (FDCC) 2022 Annual Meeting taking place in Seattle, WA July 25-30. Hosted as a fireside chat and topical TED-style talks, John and fellow presenters will explore developing a trial theme early, top preparation needs, the top mistakes to avoid, and how to preserve your arguments and avoid error. His session is one of four in the “Anatomy of a Trial” section of the conference.
The FDCC is comprised of over 1,500 leaders in the civil defense, corporate legal, and insurance industries who gather to network online, at meetings, and through the organization’s 25 Substantive Law Sections in order to refer business, exchange ideas, and remain engaged throughout the year. It provides educational sessions such as the annual meeting, CLE sessions, papers, and presentations, podcasts, and committees.
Access to John’s written materials, trial tactics and how to increase your chances of winning in court, is provided here, as well as the presentation, Preparing to Preserve, that will be given to FDCC annual meeting attendees.
