Energy and Telecommunications practice co-chair Michael J. Quinan has been selected for the 2025 Forbes inaugural list of America’s Best-in-State Lawyers for his work in renewable energy. Published and compiled by Forbes, those recognized were identified through interviews with industry insiders, outside nominations, editorial research, and an independent advisory board of experts. Out of thousands of attorneys considered, 500 were ultimately named to the final list based on their background, specialization, and jurisdiction. More specifically, individual reputation, industry honors, influence on the legal landscape, client list, advocacy performance, practice impact, reviews by peers and clients, credentials and affiliations, thought leadership, pro-bono work, mentorship, and community and/or diversity work were factors that came into play. The Forbes list spotlights the top attorneys in private practice from across all 50 states.
