Ethical Issues and Civil Liability for Commonwealth’s Attorneys

Director and Firm President Billy Tunner is presenting to the Commonwealth’s attorneys at the Commonwealth’s Attorneys’ Services Council (CASC) Annual Executive Program. He will be speaking on ethical issues and civil liabilities facing state prosecutors and their chief assistants/deputies and ethics MCLE credit will be offered.
