The seventh edition of Ones to Watch recognizes 25,052 lawyers across 79 practice areas and 198 metropolitan and geographic regions, spanning 5,768 participating firms, including 2,409 firms represented solely by the Ones to Watch cohort. Only about 2% of early-career attorneys in the U.S. received this honor. Lawyers who are selected are done so through a peer review system that starts with a nomination and are then evaluated by lawyers in the same practice area and region.
